Try to keep your mind off it and keep the rest of your world as much together as possible. I like to run it off while listening to good breakup songs. Doesn't leave any energy to think about him. Time does heal a broken heart, but it's painful. Good luck.

I play music..lots of music....almost like you think a girl would... If I really liked the girl I pick songs that have lyrics that relate to how i feel, and I may cry. If I reallly was head over heels I might get emo for a couple of days, and then my friends and family can't stand being near me till I put her in the past. Then i move on.

Talk to your best friends or family you are close to. Occupy your mind with positive things. Time heals all wounds. Trust me, I know. Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt and burned it!
