terrific thank you to decrease fat is to weight loss plan and do cardio. you're able to do take a seat-ups, lunges or although until eventually finally ur blue interior the face, yet while there is fat masking muscle....you will on no account see it. Lose the fat first...then do lunges and squats to help with the butt and thighs.

when you eat the fat goes to your butt and thighs just like me so try to eat less sugars and fat and try to go to gem or make some exercises in home that spots your butt and thighs
