Take my word ! Guys love breasts big, small, even if the girl doesn't have them, as long as it's on a woman . Yes, they likev to touch them, squeeze them , rub them, kiss/lick them, s*ck them(i mean the nipples) & specially f*ck them & c um on them ! ALL GUYS DO ! Nopeee, no one cares, but it feels a little weird if they are not, till i get used to it. I only had one time a girlfriend who had them enhansed. First, felt weird to me, then I LOVED THEM 2 BEAUTIES ON HER CHEST & HAD A BLAST WITH THEM IN S*X !

well, nice question, i like to touch them, but i really dont car their size, as long as they are not flat, like a 10y girl, its ok... if the breasts are not real, it is not bad, but it is not good either... if i had a girl friend thinking of doing that, i would tell her to not do it... there are all these risks that makes the surgery useless... i think...

whether they are real doesnt matter to me and dont think it does to most, they still feel basically the same. I do enjoy large or firm breasts from fullC to DD

Very much, yes. Natural is better. Size is not terribly important although I prefer small to medium.
