okay so i was at this party for my friend who is turning 16 i gave him a kiss on the cheek and i said that that was because it was his birthday and then he said that he should get 15 more kisses and i said well i dont want you to get too lib-glossy and then he said well my cheeks have to get mostiresd and then i said well i didnt say where you would get lib-glossy

That sounds like flirting. Just because you did that once doesn't mean you are a flirt all the time, maybe you just like the guy...
