spiritual peace is between me and God, therefore
acievable. external peace depends on so many factors
that it is almost impossible to sustain even if you manage
it. if you have spiritual peace, you can better cope with
the external discord.

I seek both. But Spiritual peace is the more important and foremost answer as if you can attain it, to your satisfaction and need, you will then start finding external peace. I'm speaking of your own external peace only, not beyond that........p&l ~p~

Both. If I was in a constant state of Spiritual Peace, I would be a saint (which, unfortunately, I'm not yet), but if I was constantly in external peace, I would be a glutton.

This scripture, especially for those obsessed about aliens, this scripture explains why we dont find any other intelligent life in our solar system. The answer is God has created us for Himself, for us to praise Him and give Him glory and honor. The reason we are he his to give God praise; so He no doubt only put one intelligent life form in each solar system becuase He doesnt want us focusing on them and nither them on us. Not that we cant ever go over to the alien solar system when we master lightspeep or whatever; but that not what were created for.
Were alone cuase we need to take care of our selves first, we need to take care of the inside first. The aliens likewise they need to take care of their inside first. The inside-out concept also applies to the body. We need to take care of the spirit first and make sure we accept Jesus so that we know that we have a place in heaven. The bodily health, any trained professional doctor can tell you that the level of importance (especially in like an ER or something) starts on the inside and goes outward.
The organs, like heart, lungs, brain ect. come first. If there's a problem with the heart and with the foot, the heart comes first becuase in more inside and mor vital than the foot is. After the organs is arteries and stuff, I'm not a doctor but next I think would be like the eyes, ears and teeth. Next then you can start moving to the outside and take care of things on the face, chest, mid section and so forth. The answer to your question is we should seek both; but in terms of importance God's design is inside-out.
