I'd see her as a normal girl with a healthy libido. I'd see her as being confident enough to express her thoughts without fear of people misjudging her or her moral values.

Openly admiring or openly ogling and drooling?
And openly meaning what? Is she commenting aloud on it like "look at that!! he can walk around my house any day and twice on Sunday!"
It's common practice to check out other people. And it seems really accepted for a guy to check out a girl, to the point of it being uncomfortable for the girl.
I wouldn't consider her cheap or vulgar if she did it quietly and didn't make loud comments. If she did, well, consider her how you consider men who do the same thing. If men can do it with little social repercussions, women should be able to do it also!

I would see her as a human with feelings, needs and desires just like everyone else. You can admire the male body without sacrificing self respect though.
