The customer clearly needs to refine their definition of fine dining restaurants and stop being such a pain to the server in that dive so that doesn't happen again.

die of shame. alternately, say, "you act like ****, you eat ****.", or something rather more clever, if the "turd" was intentional. thereafter, look for another job... you'll probably have to, regardless (the mgmt. isn't likely to take the blame).
