i played soccer for an hour today and it was 105 degrees and i was so hott and was a little dizzy. i went home and layed down and drank some water and now i am really cold! is this bad?

well it not bad but its not good either. I'm guessing that you have been inside in the air conditioning previous to going outside. OK well when you are inside all the time you get acclimated to the 60 to 70 degree weather. now when you go outside for an hour or more your body warms up cause you have been outside for awhile now when you come inside it feels cold because your not used to the air conditioning.

its just that your body has acclimated to the hot weather and now your in the air conditioning. so you cooled down too fast. trust me your fine. just take it easy for awhile.

You probably just got a little over heated and dehydrated. Just make sure you keep drinking water and you should be ok. If you start to get dizzy again, or get the shakes, call a doc.

lay in a tub of cool water not cold for about 30 to 45 mins. suck on a piece of ice do not chew it up let it disolve in your mouth when you get out just relax for a while and you will feel better what happened is you cooled down to fast your bodt temp was up from the heat and then it dropped to fast

If you are cold in warn temperatures and get the chills it means you're dehydrated. Try some water

Take your temperature and DONT drink real cold water.If your temp is high,call for some help but dont try to cool yourself down to fast, you could have a stroke

u could have heat stroke ,or sun stroke go see the doc,or get someone to keep an eye on u,and drink alot of water
