Mainly lead by personal examples and give directions as well when needs and occasions arise.

I have no one in particular to give minute to minute examples to so therefore, thats not the answer for me. When the occasion arose to lead by example, I did strive to do the best that I could for the situation at hand.......peace & love ~p~

Usually by both. If I do not give percise instructions usually I cannot depend on others to read my mind on what I need done. However, if I am not willing to do it I equally can't be expected to be respected enough to have it done-- and rightfully so.
