hrmmm. I think they are different depending what they are induced by. If they were drug induced (ie; Acid or mushrooms) you know that what you are seeing is not real. You have that awareness.. Sometime if you took enough you dont. People that are mentally ill and have hullucinations are not able to tell the real from the fake.
The scariest hallucinations are when you think you are going to die.

I think you mean hallucinations. In the most basic language hallucinations mean that your sense percieve something that is not there. The most common forms are visual (seeing) and auditory (hearing) hallucinations. While I've never experienced hallucinations first hand I was in a seminar in which I was able to closely imitate auditory hallucinations by listening to prerecorded messages on headphones and trying to complete some typical activities like going to the store. To be honest it was very disturbing and distracting. If you are expereincing hallucinations you should consider seeing a psychologist soon.

i have never had any hullinations because i havent done any serious drugs because i like reality too much, the thought of monsters chasing me down the street does not turn me on at all.

Hullucinations are either visual, auditory or sensual (meaning secent). An example would be someone seeing something that is not in fact there. They are different from delusions which are beliefs that are not supported by fact. A delusion might be the belief that others can read your mind or control your thoughts.
