I smoke we ed and listen to my music... it feels sooo damn good.
Xta advantage: sometimes stress ties my stomach up... so we ed also works for that and then I could eat an entire cow...

Work out like a maniac. Lift weights or run until you drop. It will blow the stress right out of you. Then at night sit on the balcony, drink some wine and listen to some Smooth Jazz.

A long HOT soak in the tub,with my most relaxing music,and sometimes a drink,works wonders for me.

Take a good shower/bubble bath, have a SMALL drink, watch some tv, go to a friend's house and lounge, go to a spa and get "the treatment"....depends on how stressed you are...
