It all depends upon who you ask. George Bush, for example, claims he talks to god everyday and that god answers, so he must be in Washington. But, I'd swear I saw him on the freeway the other day driving a Honda Accord which means he must be in the greater San Antonio area.

He should be in your heart. Seek, and ye shall find. By the way, that should be God. That's showing respect. A small g god, would indicate an idol god or goddess.
