what amount of compensation would be appropriate? Given that law enforcement costs rise annually, cost of maintaining jails/prisons/caring for inmates/transportation etc., how much does ONE illegal alien apprehension represent, cost-wise, to the United States? Should Mexico etc. compensate the states directly when this happens?

properly opposite to what a number of those solutions say. i've got confidence Mexico would desire to pay some form of high-quality as a results of fact they at the instant are not doing something to stop them from illegally getting here on the choice they help unlawful immigration to the U. S.. and that they earnings with the aid of getting the yank $ despatched returned with the aid of their human beings for his or her households. So i think of they might desire to do something to assist or be held in charge in in some way.

Here's my answer: when the IRS gets it together is the day that an accounting could be compiled to incorporate the cost of a critical mass that is illegal immigration today. We don't even have an IRS that's up to date, much less know how many real illegals reside in the US. Good question, though.

Let's say the US charges Mexico $100 for every illegal. Then Mexicans clean up your streets, pave your roads and pick up your garbage and get paid $5/Hr. Ergo, US owes money to Mexico!!

There are just as many illegals from Canada as there are from Mexico. How much should we charge them?

They would say "we'll have to owe it to you" since Mexico, for example, cannot take care of its own people, how are they going to pay us?

what makes you think they would pay, hell they don't even try to pay us back for the loans and grants we have dished out. if Russia paid us back for what they owe us. they'd have to file bankruptcy
