There's plenty of fad diets out that will help you lose weight fast, but, there really is no quick way to lose weight AND keep it off. Eat right and take brisk walks and you'll slim down. Any other way and you start entering into the danger zone.

The quickest way, besides cutting off a limb, is to not eat.

I guarantee that if you stop eating, you will lose 20 pounds very quickly. Of course, you'll gain it back and more once you start eating again.

If, on the other hand, you're serious about losing the weight, you'll understand that it can't be done too quickly.

Eat right and exercise.

The quickest way, although impractical, is to amputate yourself. But I'm assuming you don't want to do that...

There are two big keys to diets: 1. Moderation and 2. Calorie intake/output.

Moderation is about not doing anything food-wise to the extreme in a diet. If you deprive yourself of carbs or whatever, soon you'll develop a huge craving and go binge eating, ending up fatter than you previously were. That happens with a lot of people who are trying to diet. Just try to minimize eating-- WITHOUT going too far. Whatever the lowest you can practically handle. If that means eating just a little bit less, that's good. A little less and sticking with it is better than a lot less for 2 days.

Calorie intake/output...the body stores energy as fat and sugars (fat's the one we're worried about). If you eat , say, 2000 calories but use 2500 calories, then the body will take the last 500 from your fat reserves. So what you have to do is either intake (eat) less or exert energy. In the case of losing weight quickly, it helps to do aerobics and/or lots of running, something that'll tire you out. It creates a kind of muscle that weighs less and uses more energy in doing so. If you can keep it up, -500 calories a day will take away a lot of extra fat, and you'll healthily lose weight that way.

Well, honestly, here's the quickest way. Drink water! I drank water and coffee, nothing else, and the first four days my body stored the water because it was overwhelmed, then within a week I lost 15 pounds. Also, sleep more, do little things for extra boosts : park further away from the mall, store, or office and walk; take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator! after 2 months I have lost 35 pounds.

Well first off you will need to go on a diet. Cut out every junkfoods you have and if you get hungry in the afternoon try drinking water to make yourself full. Next try sleeping early, because you will need to wake up early in the morning to jog for 1 hour, minimum of 30 minutes(DO NOT eat anything except for a banana and a glass of water before you run in the morning). After that try running 3 more times in the afternoon (1hour or 30 minutes each jog) Try not to stop while you r jogging, at at the same pace. Do different types of abominal exercises(crunches, situps, reverse leg crunch, side crunch, captain's chair etc.)Choose 3 exercises for your abs, and do 2 sets of 35 reps or more for each exercise every hour, if you can. stretch out your abs before and after you work them out. One last tip, DO NOT EAT PAST SIX O'CLOCK.Do this 6 days a week

The best way is to monitor your food intake and make sure that you have some physical activity in your daily activities. I lost 25 pounds just refraining from fatty foods.
