That is a brown recluse spider bite and she needs to go to the doctor. It will continue to cause necrosis (tissue death) around the affected area. Possibly even causing a need for amputation. Go to the doctor right away. The red area is the inflammed area and is infected the red area will continue to grow turning black as the toxins spread. The black area is dead tissue and this will continue to spread as well.

If the skin around is tarting to die (turning black) i would say it's the dreaded brown recluse spider bite. Symtpoms of brown recluse spider bites usually appear within 24 hours of the bite. I would get to the dr as soon as possible. Good luck.

It might be Brown Recluse Spider, where do you live? If in the South it is more likely. See a Doc asap.

Could be a brown recluse bite. This requires immediate attention, as the tissue surrounding the bite could die (necrotizing faciitis). GO TO A HOPSITAL OR DOCTOR
