Everything begins when you start. Sure, it get worse the longer you go, but people have a hard time trying to stop. The easiest way to stop? dont start. Been there, done that!

Most people get dizzy at first. Some get nauseous. Don't mess with it though. Ruins your teeth and gums, causes mouth, stomach and esophagus cancer. Makes chicks disgusted and it's harder to quit than smoking.
