I'm not dating online again and I have no way to meet locals. I'm too shy and don't go out alone much. But I'm not too picky. I want someone with a job, a car, funny, romantic,not obese, that doesnt live with parents.

obviously they are not worth you time and kick him to the curb, then figure out what you want and try to find someone who can please you, keep trying until you do. if you run across someone who does not please you, don't hesitate and waste your time thinking and hoping that he will get better, dump him immediately.

i always tell friends to do what they have under their control and not think about what other people should or should not be doing .. so if u have not liked anyone so far, just hang in there and keep looking .. i am sure he is somewhere and its just a matter of time ..
sorry for being direct but the other thing u should think about is whether u have right expectations or not .. sometimes u have this image of right guy but it doesnt work in real world .. there are 'must have' and 'nice to have' traits .. and worry about the 'must have' ones .. u will be more happy

DON'T WORRY ABOUT DATING. JUST GO ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND DO THE THINGS YOU ENJOY AND IF YOU MEET SOMEONE THAT IS DOING THOSE SAME THINGS THEN YOU AT LEAST HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON. BE PATIENT!
