move on .. he might be really a good guy and might be feeling bad coz of what he did .. but then he personally feels that he took care of it by saying 'sorry' and is not feeling guilty anymore .. and now he doesnt want to talk to you .. real bad way of breaking up but then dont think too much about it .. its not impacting him and so just move on! if there is pain then time will help u.

he was drunk and thought it was a good idea to call you cause he was horny, but he found out you were on vacation and couldnt make a booty call that night, so to be nice, he told you to call him. he will call when he is drunk and horny again.
