so theres this guy, that i really like, and i dont know exactly how to get him to notice that i like him... and i know people say ohh just tell him... but i dont think i can do that, is there any other way to like make him like me, or let him know??

lots of eye contact, occasionally brush his arm, smile and laugh at his jokes and let him see what an amazing person you are! the important thing is to be yourself and be friendly, he will realise how much he wants a great person like you and he might just ask you out, if not, you've made a new friend!

I understand the shyness. I am NOT shy around people I am comfortable with, but a guy that I like, I seem to not know what to do. You don't want to screw it up by blurting out your feelings, incase he doesn't feel the same towards you. If you have his email, drop him a "hello, how are you doing" message, or invite him out on a group date. He can see how you are, and you have a group of people so there is no one-on-one pressure that you get from a "date". After awhile, he'll be into you and you can just ease into dating only each other. Don't ever "make" a man like you.. if he likes you, he'll let you know.
But you have to remember, men are horrible at subtle hints. So, if you want him to know, and he isn't catching on, either fess up, or ask his close friend what he thinks...doesn't hurt!
Also, there are PLENTY of fish in the sea. Never settle for a flouder when you can have King Salmon.

Ok, here's the deal. I'm a guy, and if you listen to me, you will drive him INSANE because he will not know what is coming next, and guys love that. (BTW, this will probably only work if he likes you as well.) Here is what you should do...
Go out with him, movies, dinner, out with friends, whatever. When he walks to your door at home (which he should do as a gentleman, as well as open the car door and every other door for you), you should kiss him goodnight (just a peck, not makeout with him), either on the lips or on the cheek, whatever you want. Then, for the next few days, pretend like nothing happened. Just act really flirtatious, but not really dating flirtatious. He will have no idea what is going on, and he will probably start getting irritated. So after like 3 days, plan something ridiculous! Surprise him with dinner that you made, sweet tickets to a show or sports, something that he likes and that you can do with him. Even if you don't particulary like, it make sure that you enjoy yourself, because you're with him. He will love you for it, and throughout the relationship, he will subconsciously always be on his toes. Put your own personal touch on it and let me know what you think!! Best of luck.

From a guys point of view, just don't be SO FREAKIN' OBVIOUS about it. I hate when girls do that. Maybe try asking the guy to hang out or something, maybe with some friends--dinner, movie, beach--romantic spots with less romatic situations. But never come right out and tell him--that's uncomfortable, and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't write a note telling him "how much you want to be with him", or the infamous "Do You Like Me"..... "circle 'Yes' or 'No'".
Here's a trick that I fall for sometimes though.... When a girl is into the same stuff as I am--say, like comic books or something, you know a little Seth Cohen and Anna moment--something like that. Or say he's a surfer and you're "learning" how to surf. That way, it's less obvious....and you might just actually learn something new. But always be tactful about it.
Trust me, we guys may seem stupid and clueless sometimes, but in most cases we'll KNOW if a girl is into us. I dunno, some guys like the obvious stuff.....me, not so much.

For the sake of all guys everywhere, just tell him. Speaking from experience, there's about a 0% chance he'll figure out on his own. I know cause I'm a guy and that's happened to me before.

Find out what he likes and do a little research on the internet. Then start going to the same places he goes. Try to strike up a conversation, but don't try to bulls**t him. He'll know if you're a phony.

Find a common interest, like, something to actually go do, then suggest that you go do it together sometime. Get to know him, develop an interest in what he has to say and do, but dont act like a stalker.

I know exactually how you feel..every guy I have liked...I have never been able to tell him that I like him..
well...my friends are the ones who usually end up telling the guy that I like him..but accent..however..I think the guy knows I like him..just by the way I acted around him...I think they just tell...
be yourself...if he doesn't like you for who you are..then he isn't worth it...find someone new...also I don't really think that you can make him "like you"....Flirt alot...lol...

Best way is to tell him. Also try a spy. Get a friend to hang out with him and you two closer! Just make sure she dosent fall for him!

listen. . . .if this guy is ment for you . . . .he'll notice you . . .I know how you feel, I like a guy and he likes me. . .the thing is he didn't talk to me at all right away. . .but know. . . .he's getting better at it. . . .I would say to give him time. . . . maybe he's not ready to date yet. . . it will work out wheather it's him or another guy.
