Cold compress. I hope your little puppy is OK. I also hope your neighbours have offered to pay for vets bill. Your vet should have a 24 hour phone number ask him how to get swelling down as you are really worried!!

Run to another vet. Your vet is crazy. The swelling in the head puts pressure on the brain which will kill it if left alone!

Keep the puppy in a cool place and then all you can do is wait. If the vet isn't concerned there probably isn't too much you can do, but give it time to heal on it's own.

has your vet seen him? if not and he doesn't want to see him i think i would get a new vet. If he is swollen he must have some kind of trauma. I would at least call an pet er and get a second opinion, they never hurt.

like any time you have a swollen anything...put ice on it...try a bag of frozen peas since they are smaller and can form to your puppies head. sounds like a doozie though...i would call another vet and get a second opinion
