Very interesting how everyone thought this was about me getting hit and me hitting my mother. I wouldn't do that. Ever. So, for your bad assumptions I choose no good answer.

No, I wouldn't. My mother has slapped the hell out of me, and I just took it. Well, not exactly. I did scream and yell a lot, but I would never hit her. She's your mother. She held you in her for 9 months, and it's her job to watch over you. Like it, or not... you're stuck. Deal with it. If you don't like it... don't be around her.
Anyway... you go around hitting woman a lot? If you do... you have a problem, and need to go to anger management classes.
Please tell me you didn't hit you mom. That's just pathetic. I don't know how old you are, but when you become an adult... you're going to want that relationship with your mom.

Not a chance. You PROBABLY did something that she needed to get your attention. Wake up and listen the first time she tells you not to do something.
Now if I got this all wrong and she just walked and slapped you for no reason, still no, but I would get out of the place.

i've been there done that and at the age of 13 too...but the smart thing to do is walk away...if u touch her she can call and have u in some big trouble...but if u walk give the heat a little while to die down and maybe talk to someone about it...thats what i did and in the end shes the one who got in trouble for leaving the mark on my face for over an hour....

No! My Dad would put me through a wall and he is 75..and I would deserve it !
This past June I was called a ***** by my 20 y.o. son. He kept calling me names and daring me to hit him, turning his face up to me. I snapped and I slapped.
My son did not slap me. He did worse,he spit a big one right in my face.
I cannot explain my hurt to you.
But I can tell you this, slapping my son in the mouth did not make me feel better, and all it accomplished was to lessen respect between us.
Your mother deserves your respect. And you also deserve hers.

She did- for sixteen years. I never hit back. Before she passed on, from her hospital bed she begged me to forgive her. I said, "For what?" and she replied, "For being so abusive to you when I drank." I told her, "I don't remember that at all." She died right after that. I have no regret of what I did, and that feels very good.

I would never even think about slapping my mom even if she did slap me! I have to much respect for her to do something like that.

no i would NEVER do that as a child as a mother if my kids ever hit me back you know that old saying.. I brought you into this world I'll take you out ...well it would be lights out..lol no but really it's too disrespectful . take a walk and cool off

No.....you should never hit your mother, or any woman for that matter. Now if you are being abused, and I mean REALLY ABUSED, then talk to a school counselor or someone you trust.

no, that's a sacrilege. i'd run away for a few hours to give ev. one a chance to cool off, but i'd never hit her ; slapping or otherwise. that's just how i was raised.
