AT NIGHT YOU ARE OF THE IMPRESSION THAT YOU WORK BETTER, THINK OF IT THIS WAY. TWO WOMEN RUNNING THE SAME DISTANCE AT DIFFERENT TIMES IN THE DAY. ONE AT NIGHT AND THE OTHER DURING THE DAY. THE ONE RUNNING IN THE DAY, BECAUSE OF THE SUN WOULD BURN MORE CALORIES AND HER EFFORT WOULD BE GREATER THAN THE PERSON RUNNING AT NIGHT. SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET AMPLE HOURS OF SLEEP EACH NIGHT UNLIKE THE WOMAN EXERCISING AT NIGHT. ITS HARDER TO WORK DURING THE DAY BECAUSE ITS MORE EFFECTIVE

Most studies show that working out is the best for you in the morning. Even if it is half as hard as you might work out at night, it is still better to do it the morning. Not only for wieght loss, but for muscle building as well. I used to work out at night and it didnt seem to do much for me. Ever since I started doing it in the morning I have noticed alot of results. And I dont even work out that hard.

Circidian Cycle (check out the book)
your body needs a rest from 1 to 4.
before and after that it's usually revved.

personally i work better at night too.
i think its our body clocks that make us do better at different times of the day.
at 10pm i am extreamly active
while at 10am i feel like i am pushing myself to do things that are so easy to accomplish.
i honestly dont know the true answer to this question
but go call your doctor
he probably can give you more information.
