I declare there might be a God but that it doesn't really matter if he exists or not because you're free to decide what you think is right and wrong. The only law or commandment is that you don't harm anyone else in anyway unless they do so to you then you can return the harm 10 fold. Neglect can mean harm as well. Think deeply please.

Im going to have to pass. But that "religion" already exists, its called life, and choices. Thats called living as a human being. You can do what ever you want already. Plus a man can never be a God, you'd go crazy, or start killing off people. Plus at some point in your life you will need God or Call on him for something, sooner or later. There will never be a life in this world with out right and wrong. Right is always Right and Wrong is always wrong. Even when you consider wrong to be right, it will still be wrong reguardless. And that Commandment you Gave already exists.
"Love your Neighbor as you Love your self." Your just missing the other one "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." You're trying to have salvation with out God. And thats Just not possible. Try it. It aint gonna last. You are also trying to avoid Eternal Judgement, by making what ever is right in your sight right.

Matt 22:36-38
36"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" 37Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.

If you are free to do whatever you want, then how can there be any restrictions like "don't harm anyone else"? That creates an internal contradriction.

If individuals are granted the freedom to determine what is right and what is wrong, how can you determine what is right?

No. perceptions of truth are not as important as truth itself.
and the minimalst ethis is far too minimal. If i see a little girl walk into oncoming traffic, according to your commandment by not interferring I'm still moral, because I havn't hurt anyone. The minimalst ethic has it's good points, but for it to be complete there has to be something about helping your fellow man.

Righteousness is not in us without Jesus...we can be as good as we want and it will not be good enough...Our righteousness is a filthy rags the bible says....we need a savior...the last sacrifice for sin in the person of Jesus Christ...God's son. You know you have tried to be good and it just doesn't work sometimes. That's why we have to believe that He died for our sins and that He was raised again so that we might have Life in Him and that more abundantly. Is worth looking into it...Don't you think?..Your life depends on it.

I do not need to join your religion or any other because the root sourse of all religions is to avoid evil and do good. No need to subcome to a faith or god but justifiy myself with righteous and virtuous deeds in this life or any other lives.

The concept of, "As long as it harms no one." Quickly
degrades to the idea, "As long as I don't think it harms anyone."
