Just sneak into the nearest PD..and when the guy at the desk is snoring... just go in and steal it.... But if he wakes up..you might be able to get YOURS for free.

in canada u just go to the courthouse in the city and look anyone up on the computer database they have there and its all therer , charges dates court setences, jail time .
