I have an idea on how to build a machine that uses a power supply that is unlimited, and free, and absolutely nonpoluting. This machine will use materials that are readily available, but cost money I do not have. I know it can be done, and the only thing I have is the knowledge.I need someone willing to work with me,who has the resourses,or the ability to get them.My idea is so simple, so unbelevable,I can not understand how it has not been done yet. Then again it most likely has,but not allowed by the govmnt. They could not make money. Coal and oil power would all but dissapear. They said men would never fly,go to the moon,or live with a mechanical heart. This will work. Does anyone know how to get help ?

Energy can only be converted, it can never be created. Period, end of story. This is as impossible as a male human giving birth to fully grown pteredactyl. So no, not ANYthing is possible.

I'm not an engineer, but I don't think it can be done. If it was that simple, it would have been tried before.

But to get seed money, you need a venture capitalist. This is someone who provides funding for a new business in exchange for either some level of ownership in the company (usually stock) or else repayment plus interest, if it's a loan.

And I don't think that the government has suppressed any previous versions of your invention. If they did this on any sort of regular basis, there would never be any innovation in this country. Want proof? The internet radically changed the way business is done - everything from mail order catalogs to movie rentals can be done online. If the government was suppressing that sort of change, you'd be reading this reply in a book somewhere.

I know how to get help. Realize that no one is going to give you money for your fictitious invention. Next, go get a job. Then, go take a thermodynamics class. You may then realize why no one would give you money for your half-assed idea. Or, you'll decide that thermodynamics is just some false "science" from the crackpots who brought you evolution and carbon dating. Then, you can go and live in France with the other people working on cold fusion.

P.S.: The government doesn't care about your invention because they know fully well that it is crap.

P.P.S.: Flying, going to the moon and living with a mechanical heart are difficult things to do. However, there is not a single fundamental physical premise that prevents these things from happening. Your analogy is false.

Check out US Patent #6707190 in the US Patent Office Site. The patent holder is in West Palm Beach, Fl. Maybe he could help.
It will happen sooner than later. Good luck...it will change the world when it happens.
I worked on this project for almost a year. Close...but still no cigar. Feel free to contact me too...might have some pointer ideas

Get your facts straight. There is no free energy. Read about thermodynamics before you shoot off about what a genius you are.

If your "machine" produces "energy/power" with NO "power/energy" intake, then why do you also say it uses an unlimited power supply?
To that, I add that there is no unlimited power supply.

Figure out the difference between power and energy, and check your spelling, too.

I'm going to assume that you have no physics or engineering background. Your statements violate the laws of thermodynamics and Newton's laws. You cannot create energy from nothing. My guess is that someone before has had your idea and they were proved wrong. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you need to understand the laws of physics and engineering before you start coming up with "ideas".

I would invest in your idea, but I suspect you have no clue of the scientific method. You would never write that you can produce energy with no energy intake. You probably have a way to harness some natural phenomena (your source of "free" energy - as in you pay no money for this energy), and convert it to a different form of energy that can be metered/billed. Let me know, and we can talk.

First of all, let me tell you that you are violating the basic principle of physics i.e. Energy can not be created or destroyed, it can be transformed from one tye to another. Moving on, if you would like to let me know about the idea, may be I can work with you. I hope you are not talking about the wind energy.

See Newton's first law of thermodynamics, also known as the law of conservation of energy, which states that energy can neither be created nor be destroyed.

The law of Entropy provents you from doing this.
