Traditional means based on doing the same things the same way they've always been done.
Conservative means taking less risk, or not taking chances without knowing the outcome beforehand.

There are different meanings here:

First, "conservative" (lower case c) describes someone's or something's dress, behavior, style, design, etc. It pretty much means "quiet" or maybe "refine". A dark gray jacket and skirt with a white blouse are conservative. An orange sparkly shirt and a mini skirt are not. A brick building is probably conservative. Super modern and innovative architecture isn't.

"Conservative" (upper case c) describes a political philosophy. Generally, it means someone is conservative when it comes to how much government should be involved with something (as little as possible is what Conservatives generally believe) or it can mean someone is reluctant to spend government money. That's a "fiscal Conservative".

'Traditional" isn't generally considered a political term. It applies to anything that isn't new, that's been around or been the way people have always done things or is designed as things have tended to be designed for many years (not, necessarily forever).
Traditional may be more the term used for describing a person with old fashioned values.

Traditional generally is applied to clothing, although it could be applied to a "traditional" wedding dress as compared with a dress that is the latest design.

The person above in the gray suit could dress conservatively but may be very unconservative when it comes to her own values or principles.

A person who is said to be a conservative person generally leans to more "quiet" clothing, decoration in his house, hair-style, etc. This person may not, however, necessarily have traditional values.

Conservative behavior tend to be quiet, refined behavior. Again, it doesn't have to be traditional behavior.

Traditional: [adj] of, relating to, or in accord with tradition: a traditional wedding ceremony

Conservative: [adj.] favoring traditional views and values; tending to oppose change.

All conservatives are traditional, but not all traditionalists are conservative.

Let's look at it this way - it is traditional for people to expose themselves to earn beads at Marti Gras. It would be conservative to remain clothed.
