Hell is going to be a tremendous place. The Scripture says that "Hell hath ENLARGED her mouth BEYOND MEASURE". Given that there are descriptions in the NT saying that Heaven is the "cith that lieth foursquare", I'm inclined to believe that there will be far more in Hell than Heaven. God's not the one torturing souls, the SOULS are torturing the souls! God made Hell as a separation from sin. He's not down there with them beating and scourging them saying, " I told you so!" Remember when the rich man ifted up his eyes from Hell and asked Abraham if Lazarus could dip his finger in some water and quench his thirst because of the torment of the flame? Abraham said, "There is a great gulf (Hell's an enormous place, remember?) fixed between thee and me that I cannot cross over to you, nor can you cross over to me."
