1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
2. An old friend who once saved your life.
3. The perfect man (or) woman you have been dreaming about.
Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing that there could only be one passenger in your car.

The old lady just might look like that all the time besides,there's another person there that could take action just in case.
Also, I doubt that the perfect man that I've been dreaming about wouldn't be at a bus stop.

I would pick up the old lady.
Why?
If my friend saved my life once, they will understand that I must do the same for someone else. Life is precious
If I have dreamed about the perfect someone for me, I would take this as a sign that they exist and not just in my dreams. Besides, they might be perfect on the outside, but who knows about the inside?
The old woman is deserving of life as much as anyone else in the world and obviously had no one to care for her. I know what kind of world I want this to be, and i think my choice is indicative of that.

Give your friend your keys(obviously if the friend saved your life you can trust him/her with your car), have the friend give the old lady a ride to the hospital, and stay there with the man of your dreams! Too Easy~ :)

I'd take my friend, not into having strangers in my car alone. But I would find a ride for the other 2. Maybe a ambulance or hearse for the old lady & a cab/friend/cop for Mr. Right, with plans to meet up later!

Easy the little old lady.
Why? Because a friend would understand you wanting to help someone especially if they once saved your life, and I couldn't be sure if that really was the man I was dreaming of just by looking at them you have to talk to someone and get to know them to know if they are all you've dreamed of.

Psych profile question. The humane answer would be the old lady. However...if it is not a fill in the blank question...you could state, " I'll be back to your friend." The perfect m/w answer is a real speculation under the circumstances...but then...the old lady could be just fine too...appearances!?
