Tom Cruise used his power and team of lawyers to have the episode banned from tv. Until it was nominated for an Emmy. Then it was ok. Have you seen the final episode with Chef. That was a thinly veiled smack at Scientology too (since that was the reason Isaac Hayes left the show). If you havent needed to, you ought too. Matt and Trey said that Tom Cruise has done more for South Park than anyone, with all the publicity.

That was hilarious. I don't think Tom Cruise sued them over it. We would have heard something about it. But, I asked a question a few weeks ago about it and was wondering if that's really what scientologists believe. I got alot of good answers with links to information about scientology. And, yes, that IS what they are taught.

That episode was very funny. I also liked the fact that the closing credits had John and Jane Smith listed for everything.

If that is really what scientologists believe, then their whole religion is centered around aliens. How bizarre is that?

i observed that episode the night it got here out... SO humorous i in my opinion watched with a crowd of redneck dorm pals and that they laughed at each and every thing interior the episode. i do no longer know in the event that they knew what they have been making exciting of even though it made me sense much less awkward and greater elementary approximately while i had to chuckle. i think of one in each and every of my favorites is the kin guy episodes.
