im 35 years old man my height is 5'8". my weight is 86 kg iwant lose 20 kg weight.my waist is 38".

eat a low fat diet, get aerobic exercise for at least 45 minutes ad day for 5 days, and lift weights.

what have u tried?
Cutting down on number of meals will help reduce weight initaially ut u will put it back on fast. We are what we eat. we should feed our body right with the balanced nutrition and regularly. Our body is a smart biological machine. If we start feding our body only once a day, they wont use it but will safe it for later cause they know they wont be fed again till the next day. For ur size we need to feed the body right so u dont feel tired.
I'll share my experiance. i'm on this meal replacement programme. Replace 2 meals and have 1 normal colourful meal. Its a natural product. Replace ur b'fast with the shake(nutritious n fullfilling) and another shake to replace ur lunch. All day long drink lots of water ( at least 8 glasses daily). U will feel energetic n vibrant. Reduce your caloric intake and exercise. An easy place to start is to eliminate sugary drinks such as soda, juice, and alcohol. Replace juice with whole fruits. Eat more vegetables - raw, if possible. Replace fatty red meats with leaner meats such as chicken and fish. Avoid sauces and condiments, Use alternate methods to enhance flavors such as fresh ginger, garlic, lemon juice in place of mayonaise, ketchup, etc. Nibble throughout the day instead of eating large meals. Cut back on starches. Look for high fiber foods such as bran to cut back on the serving sizes neccessary to get your complete daily fiber.
