I don't know,but it would serve them RIGHT for hiring illegals in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!
I quit shopping at Walmart after i found out they hire illegals!!!!!! I REFUSE to give my money to ANYONE that hires illegals!!!!

I don't support illegal aliens working and living in our country under any circumstances, whether they're working for Wal-Mart or anyplace else. Mexico needs to make its's own reforms and progress, something that they're fully capable of, but for some reason they're just not doing it. No more social engineering, let's see Mexico move into the 21st century, simple as that, and other countries that aspire to, help them do it also. But, any way it goes, illegal immigration needs to end...

walmart wins evertything. ever looked a t the list of richest people around. those walmart folks make up about 12 of them. You think some illegal with a hot ten in his pocket is going to win....phooey.

You mean the case that was resolved some time ago? Yes, the workers won it, and were compensated. Unfortunately, they were also deported.
And just so you know, the workers who brought the case were from Eastern Europe.

Do you have a link for it? I haven't had a chance to read anything about it.
All I know is that Wal-mart = EVIL. They've been busted a few times in North Dakota for hiring illegals. Where do they even find them here?
