Of those 4, I'd say the FSM. Personally, I prefer the standard Evolve or Darwin fish (with or without tool). I'm also a fan of the Gefilte fish, but that's just my Jewish roots coming out :)

I love the last one, but since the Flying Spaghetti Monster (praise his Noodly Appendages) is as yet little known outside the great state of Kansas, most people would miss the message. So I'd go with Number Three for maximum impact. You might also invest in one of those defensive driving courses, to deal with the responses from annoyed godders.
