I think I might have hurt it doing pilates, but It is really killing me. It hurts to bend it and it is hard to sit down or stand up. The pain is really intense, it makes me feel sick to my stomach. What can I do to make it better, it has been 3 days and it still hurts like hell.

Girl go to the doc right away, it could be sprained...the longer u wait the greater chance of fluid getting under your kneecap--you DON'T want that. Go to doc asap, please. Hope u feel better!

See a doctor !!
If you don't want to do that, then put an ice pack on you knee
for 15 to 30 minutes at a time, remove it & do it again in a while
you may have a torn cartilidge
some doctors suggest operating on it & others will suggest
using weights to strengthen the knee, but let it heal up some first
and then use light (5 lbs.) weights & move slowly
But going to an Urgent care center would be a good idea to at least find out what, really, is wrong with it.

You may have injured your ACL, PCL or MCL these are all ligaments within the knee. If you are experiencing any swelling try to elevate your knee and use ice 15 minutes on 15 minutes off for a few hours and take over the counter anti inflammatory drugs like, ibuprofen or Motrin (if you can tolerate them). You really should go see your doctor to be sure what you have injured. An x-ray or MRI may be needed.

Sounds like you may have strained it. But I would most definately go see a doctor. In the mean time you can take Ibuprofen for any swelling or inflamation.

bypass to the generic practitioner and get an x-ray. stop enjoying soccer till you get this regarded at. you do no longer decide to completely injure your knee. do no longer take a danger and not in any respect walk returned. soccer isn't well worth it.

You might want to go to a doctor and get a MRI(they are expensive if u dont have health insurance). but if u want to wait longer and see if it heals by itself then you should rest it and keep ice on it.

well you shpuld go to the docter and get it checked out it could be broke.
