Im sorry but cookies are not "diet food". I hate that word to begin with.
Eat fruit, veggies, oatmeal, fish, chicken, lean red meats and healthy fats. Dont fry anything.

diet food is not really diet food; the portions are too small and loaded with fat and other bad stuff. you should really try to makeover your style of eating and forget all of the hype around the "100 calorie" snacks. you can eat real food for less or slightly more than 100 calories and be satisfied and get all of the nutrients, fiber, and minerals that you need. for instance, instead of your 100 calorie packs or special K, try eating 1/2 of a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, whole grain bread, and a small piece of fruit. try a sugar free, non fat yogurt, with 1 ounce of cheese and 6 whole wheat crackers. snack on brightly colored, high fiber, fruits, berries, and vegies, an ounce of nuts, soy nuts, soy crisps, lean proteins such as chicken, fish, turkey, lean ham or burgers, whole wheat, whole grain, breads, tortillas, crackers, cereals, and oatmeal. you will be fuller and if you eat 3 moderate meals and 3 snacks a day, it will rev up your metabolism. meals should be around 375 calories and snacks around 200. to lose weight, you caloric intake should be around 1500-1700 calories and to maintain weight, between 2000-2200 calories. drink plenty of water and green tea and EXERCISE! try to incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week your first month. your second month, add 15 minutes to your cardio work out and add weight/resistance training. building muscle will rev up your metabolism even more. don't worry about becoming bulky. women cannot get as bulky as men because we don't have enough testosterone. but you will become lean and defined. losing weight takes time. you should be losing between 2-3 lbs a week. good luck

Diets are stupid, they dont help anyone keep wieght off
or make the person any healhtier.
I am in the Nutrition Field and there is only ONE
diet i have seen that i feel is healthy and keeps
people slim ( not skinny mind you). I dont even
like to use the word diet because to me it should
just be the way you eat all the time, a diet should
mirror what your body actually needs which is
protien, fat(yes you HAVE TO HAVE FAT AND NO
IT DOES NOT MAKE YOUFAT)
If you want to be healthy i suggest you check out
this site and read EVERYTHING.

fruits and veggies. I'm not sure who makes them, but you can get cut carrots and celery with a little cup of ranch in handy packs. Also, those 100 cal packs aren't worth the money. You may as well just buy a regular pack of Oreos for the same price and just eat about 3.

well, the best i could tell you is steamed vegetables, fresh fruits, special K cereal, skim milk, non-fat yogurt, wheat toast, and more...there is no BEST diet food, you just have to look for healthy food that tastes good but is healthy too! good luck on your diet and keep it up! don't forget to exercise and never give up!

Neither of those. You should stop thinking "diet food" and think "healthy diet foods".
Healthy foods include whole grains, fruits, veggies etc.

Big Macs from McDonald's are the best for diets.
You can eat literally as many as you want, and you will stay healthy and trim.
