I think i might be either coming down from my high off ice, or i smoked way too much and im having a overdose. I smoked a whole bunch on wednesday and then the next afternoon my throat got really swollen and now i cant hardly swallow. It hurts so bad to talk or move. I cant even lay down all the way or bend over halfway cause my body aches so bad. Now my left arm is in some serious pain and i can barely ball my hand into a fist or lift up my arm. I have never felt like this before and i really wanna know whats wrong, but i cant go to the docters cause i dont want people to know im doing that stuff....yes this might be stupid to ask online but i dont care, i will go to the docters tomorrow or later tonight. I just wanna know if i smoked way too much at once or if its something else. I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out, and only serious answers please.........Thanks

First thing you do is find some niacin aka B12. take 300 ml that WILL suck the sh!t out within an hour garanteed you will experience a big hot flash and pins and needles but it will be better than whats on now. take aspirin for the arm your throat has suffered toxic chemical burns gargle w/ salt water and keep it moist sip all the water you can. Now get ready to crash. It's going to be bad so expect it.

Below you will see the listed symptoms of overdoes, the achiness is not listed, but given the potential for impurities in the manufacturing process, it is possible that you are reacting to something else in what you smoked other than the pure drug. The big thing to check is your temperature.

If the pain persists, bite the bullet and see a doctor/clinic/something. Hiding your drug habit isn't worth dying over. Best of luck to ya!

An overdose can occur at relatively low levels (50 milligrams of pure meth for a non-tolerant user). Metabolic rates vary from person to person, and the strength of the Meth varies from batch to batch, so there is no way of stating a "safe" level of use. Because stimulants such as meth effect the body's cardiovascular and temperature-regulating systems, physical exertion increases the hazards of Meth use. Methamphetamine kills by causing heart failure, brain damage and stroke.
Symptoms of a Meth overdose include:
• Sudden and dangerous increase in blood pressure
• Dangerous rise in body temperature
• Sweating
• User could see spots (due to pressure on the nerves of eye)
• Chances of heart attack, stroke, or coma.
• High fever
• Convulsions
• Cardiovascular collapse

PS this is all secondhand, I have never done meth so I can't speak from 1st hand knowledge.

I checked for symptoms of overdose, also withdrawl symptoms but didn't see anything as to what you're going through. I have no experience with Ice but as a former crack smoker, after smoking for 3-4 days straight, I had similar symptoms to you. I used to sit in one place if there tended to be other people around and was always feeling tense, my own doing I think. After finally getting some sleep and upon waking, my whole body ached, that I could hardly move. This could be what your going through but if it continues to get worse get yourself to a doctor.

See your doctor. Health care professionals don't make judgements and we don't call the cops for this. Your medical records are guarded by law. We cannot give out information unless subpoenaed by a court of law. And your health is more important than someone's poor opinion of you. At least, it should be. Go as soon as possible to ensure that there is no pemanent damage. And consider laying off the drugs.
