yes all the way up to birth. but then you have to wait 6 weeks after child birth to have sex again. you can during the pregnancy unless doctor says you cant. sometimes it feels different find the position you like and stick with it.

You'll have to change positions (no stress on the belly) and it is recommended you avoid sex in the last month, but many people have sex throughout the pregnancy (as long as the woman is willing)

Yes, until the late stages, as long as you are comfortable with it, unless there is some medical reason you need to refrain. Your doctor will tell you if you should not have sex for any reason.

absolutely, right up until labor begins..if it is comfortable for you..some people feel heightened sexuality, some people just don't want to be bothered, depends on you and your hormones. everyone is different.
