Most Tele-evangelists who are using their "ministry" for personal gain and exploitation will not make it into heaven. The Bible is clear that those who are Bible teachers have a higher accountability and also gives the requirements for those who serve God in that capacity and swindling people and teaching false doctrine, shows who their true Father is.
The apostle Paul does say though that as long as the gospel is being preached it has the opportunity to benefit. For those who follow them i guess it depends upon what they believe about Jesus. Certainly it is sad for those to be mislead by "evil men" and the Bible has much to say about false prophets. It shows the importance of studying God's word and guarding our hearts from false teaching. Thankfully many who have followed false teachers have by God's grace been able to learn why some of those teachings are false and been able to go to great Bible teaching and believing churches.
Hope that helps,
Nickster

Sadly I don't think the majority of televangelists will be going to Heaven.
Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves...Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Matthew 7:21-23
But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. 2 Peter 2:1-3
Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.

Televangelists more likely to end up in other direction! Greedy for money, power and fame.
