I just foudn out that a few guys like me but wont go up to me and ask. But i dont know if i should believe the person that told me. I wouldnt want to make a fool out of my self.

You need to be you! Just because guys aren't breaking their necks to ask you out, doesn't mean you have done anything wrong. They guys maybe shy, or just scared of rejection, like most guys are. Some person told you why they aren't asking you out, if it's a female, she might be jealous of you. If it's a guy he might be harboring some feelings for you, so watch out for that. But don't make a fool of yourself about this issue. This isn't a real issue because it seems that your young and got plenty of time to date.

just need to wait till that right guys walk up to you...if you keep thinkin like this you'll loose aaaaaaaaaaall the confidence you have and the life will be awful...come on that's not something so improtant...but ok if you're really busy with your life and routine i would suggest try to get your look and apearance better that'll work out great

What makes you think that it is always easier for men to ask women out? They don't have any less anxiety or worry about it than women. I mean, its not like they got an extra dose of courage at birth ;-) Contrary to common thought, most men actually fear rejection too... they just don't like to scream it at the rooftops.
Give them the encouragement to ask you if you want them to ask you out. How about you either flirt, etc to make it clear that you are interested or you just ask them out yourself?

You aren't doing anything "wrong" -- maybe you're coming across as insecure because you're WORRIED about seeming "wrong." Rather than viewing guys as potential dates, just view them as people. You'll relax and behave more naturally, and the dates will follow. Good luck!
