Retard is a term for people who are truly mentally disabled and it's not a nice word. People who use this word may have limited vocabulary and social skills. People who pick on someone else for no reason other than to just be mean are "jackasses" in my book and need more help than the truly retarded. The truly retarded have more cooth, manners, and social skills than you do Sir. someone should take you out back and flog you until you have learned some acceptance and social skills. good luck.

To say someone is "retarded" is to say they are mentally challenged. 'Retard Guy" is not challenged in any way except perhaps socially. What bothers me is that you use the phrase "Retarded" to be derogatory rather than saying the truth, is that 'Retard Guy' is insulting, stupid and annoying, anything but 'retarded'. To say this guy and his questions are 'retarded' insults a lot of mentally challenged people.
To ask this question may place yourself in the same arena.

I dislike the use of the word retard/ retarded. Using this word in regards to this topic, is insulting people are challenged but do their best to make their way in a rough world.
They try to function, compared to that person, who is not capable of appreciating what he has.
