The ONLY place to find a chihuahua (I assume that's what you meant) is from a reputable AKC breeder. Go to AKC.org, and follow the links to get to chihuahua breeder referrals.
I would be very careful of buying a living thing over the Internet. Some, perhaps many, of the Internet-based sites are puppy mills or work through puppy mills. For instance one place in Florida specializes in sickeningly sweet Glamorshots-type photos of tiny breed puppies. The company claims not to buy from puppy mills, and that they guarantee their puppies "for life", but an expose by CNN proved otherwise. What goes on behind the doors of their posh looking storefront is despicable.
There are stories all over the place about bad business practices from dealers over the Internet. These puppy mills breed very low quality animals. They may breed the parents to death in horrible conditions. They may provide little or no vaccinations or health care. They may sell sick puppies for exorbitant prices and you will then be reponsible for enormous vet bills, and your puppy may die anyway. They may promise you a "teacup" puppy that ends up being larger than the breed standard and not "teacup" at all. They may have policies that do not allow you to return a sick or unhealthy animal.
Generally the Internet is not the place to buy a puppy.
If it was me, I'd check first through local animal shelters, then breed rescue groups (also found at AKC.org) and finally thorugh AKC referrals. Even "respectable" local breeders encourage and increase the millions of unwanted animals being killed in animal controls every year.
Please read the link below to find an excellent article on the subject of buying puppies over the internet.

Please do not buy sight unseen off the internet. You need to go to the breeder's hime, see the parents, see how and where the pup is raised. Don't buy a chihuahua puppy that is not raised inside a home.
Maybe you saw a post earlier this week where a woman bought a pup off the internet and the pup died 3 days later. This happens quite often.

I have used www.puppydogweb.com they will have listings for chihuahuas in your state or states close buy. Check out the breeder and go visit them before selecting a puppy. PLEASE don't buy from a pet shop. They are more than likely puppy mill puppys and not in the best of health. Good luck

It's "Chihuahua"... and check your local humane societies for adoptables rather than buying from a breeder. You can also check out adoption websites such as petfinder.com, pets911.com. nextdaypets.com, and 1-800-save-a-pet.com. They list available dogs by breed and location.
