i dont feed dog food. Nasty stuff full of things nobody has heard of. Plus how would you feel to be fed once or twice a day something that dries up your mouth?

Raw chicken, raw beef, etc make good food to feed if you want to do a natural diet. There are also several groups on Yahoo that deal with Natural Diet or Raw Diet in dogs. No, it is not crazy. A lot of people are going back to feeding dogs what they would eat naturally. It is not all meat but some vegies, etc as well. Many of the top show dogs eat an all natural/raw diet. I feed some raw food to my dogs each week to suppliment their regular diet. It gives the amino acids that may be missing in processed food. Good luck.

I met a dog trainer who swore that he feeds his dogs raw chicken leg quarters. That seemed contrary to the general wisdom that a dog can get bones caught in their throat, but then, wild dogs eat animals all the time.
But do a web search and you will find that raw chicken quarters are used as dog feed by a lot of people. To be honest, if you knew what really went in to dog food, you would have no problem feeding your dog raw chicken leg quarters.

Feeder animals are usually fed to an animal while they are alive...if you are going to feed your dog that way you may be asking for trouble...if the dog is hungry he/she will then attack any animal/child that moves! I agree with the other answer....buy dog food!!!!

feeder animals are not necessary for dogs. most dogs are domesticated now and are not fit to eat them anyway. your best bet is just to buy some dog food (dried, canned, mixed. it all works) it more depends on what kind of food you want. if your dog is picky and wants sumthing better, go for the canned food or mix it with dry food. thats always a good choice. yupp gl! ^^

Why would you want to do that. That will make your dog mean plus it's sad. Buy dog food, don't go feeding your dog other animals.

If you don't want to feed her dog food ( which is best for her), you can try feeding her boiled rice and boiled chicken, but you need a vitamin supplement so she can get all the proper nutrients for her to survive. You can get that at your local veterinarian.

What you talking about? I don't understand what you mean by a feeder animal, and I'm not an idiot so you obviously haven't made yourself clear. Try again.
