just a few weeks ago i went to Turkey, cesme for my summer vac. and nope there is no nude beaches in that area. Try bodrum it has topless beaches tho...Maybe a few nude beaches even. but for cesme exactly NO...

Although there are no "official nude" beaches in Turkey. It is OK to go topless or at times even bottomless in most of the beaches in the Turkish West and South coasts (eg. Bodrum, Antalya, Alanya).
I would avoid going topless anyway in the world these days as as there are lot of people with camera-phones that can make you the next internet nude celebrity faster than speed of light.

Best thing to do is check with some of the naturist organizations, such as The International Naturist Association or The Naturist Society. They have nude beach information available and it's broken down by country, so you'll probably be able to find what you're looking for.
