Nice little poem. Here's the bad news.
Guys don't respond to the mushy stuff so well. I assume this is sort of what YOU want to get from HIM.
I would write him something more along these lines. And keep it short.
I want to do you when you're not around,
You know I think you're well endowed.
We could do it on the living room floor,
Then go to bed and do it more.
Etc.
I guarantee you get a rise out of the funny/sexy stuff.

Yeah, I'd be totally blown away to get something like that from my woman. My only concern is why you are unsure about whether to send it or not, is he not the type to appreciate this sort of thing? Whatever you decide, don't get your expectations up at all, with something this personal you really can't expect a person to handle it one way or another.
