If you feel great, and you like your OWN ideal weight, that's excellent.
You could go vegan, for a while, veganism can actually help you loose weight, and can help slim your chances of diabetes, and/or take you off insulin.
You are fine sweetie, you'll be fine. And If you love your body, there is nothing wrong with it, don't let anyone get you down, you are beautiful the way you are, and always will be.

by the way don't take diet pills, or go on crash diets. they don't work, and they put presure on your heart, body, mind and soul.
and exercise a good amount maybe a bit of walking around the neighborhood(only if its not in the ghetto or something) for a few hours, with your kids, or go to the park..
Don't work out to hard.
eat every 2-3hours(if your eating meat and dairy)
if you don't eat meat eat every 1-2hours
if your vegan, fuel your body often but not to often, ONLY EAT WHEN YOU are hungry. I personally wait till my stomach growls, but that doesn't work for everyone, and don't time yourself, on when you should eat, it just puts more presure on you =D

You will have to decrease your input and increase your out put. Read Quran seriously and be srious. Quran is the cure for the hearts. Once your heart is cured, every thing will fall into proper place. With strong and unshaken belief and tranquility you will be able to do a lot of exercise and control your diet. Please:
1) Give up alcohol, cigarettes and pork, fried stuff
2) Take lot of water and vergtables
3) Do lot of walking (30 minutes a day at least)
4) Eat bioled things with salads.

I use to weigh 265 pounds most of my life(after I got married) before that I weighed145. I have lost over 50 pounds so far, by getting out more, and by eating what i want when I want and not obsessing over it. If I want a cookie, I hace a cookie...instead of obsessing after telling myself"no" and eating half a box of cookies later0_0. Losing the weight, is slow, but I already feel half my age:) and men are complimenting me again^_^
