if anyone had a criminal case and jailed many times about sexual harassment, drugs, public scandal, and then pleaded guilty to lessen the sentence, and serve it already, just an alien or immigrant of that country,example, are canada and u.s. is he allowed to go back to his own country, while the other cases are still pending in court?

no just like if you were to visit another country and did a crime that country would work it out with the US so that you could stay there until your trial was over

He is not allow to abandon the jurisdiction until the cases are finished, but if he has something about drugs then he will be deported sooner or later, it all depends on if he wants to spend time in jail and then go or just go now, besides he won't be allow to return to the US for life after a drug crime...

Not only is he ALLOWED, but it would seem he might be SENT back to his own country. What do we want him here for?
