I'm in the same situation, I'd liek to loose 20 lbs by Nov. 1...I started by fasting from Agust 1st -4th and I've been working out 3-5 days a week for 1.5 hours of nothing but cardio.
I suggest you get on a excersise program and limit your intake of calories... drink as much water as you can and eat nothing after 7:00 p.m. no alchohol either... good luck!

Exercise Daily vigorous training don't starve your self cuz you will gain it all back (that is the number one thing that can get you over weight) put healthier things in your diet and dont get LAZY stay on it!

r u sure ur overweight? its gonna be very hard to lose weight if ur not overweight. i sujest making better food choices, if u go out to eat a lot, dont, and a lot of ppl just eat to much. if u make ur portions smaller, it might help.
