bought some Herbes de Provence to season some red new potatoes, but was wanting some other recipes I could use it with! Thanks!

it is very good with grilled or broiled chicken, actually. Or use in the breading for baked pork chops. I sprinkle it on veggies, too. You can also make an herb de Provence butter with it.

You can use Herbes de Provence on almost anything. Try it on a chicken and roast it with some olive oil and lemon juice. Try it a piece of fish seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil and sear it. Use it in a dry rub when making beef or lamb. The possibilities are endless! Happy cooking!

Usually used in stews, but August may not be the best time of year for that. How about a cream cheese spread on top of poached or grilled chicken or fish?
