there is this guy that lives on the same block as me and he is my age. and i dont know if he likes me or not.we use to be normal friend until i told him i liked him then he stoped talkin to me for a few days then he started talking to me again like i had never told him so when we started talking he treated me diffrent and he stares at me a lot when we talk it is like he doeasnt want to tell me anything embrassing and if he does he says he sorry and then looks antoher way i know his sister and were like best friends so i dont know if likes me or if he is playing with me because he knows i like him .

Its sounds like he is just "scared" because you just out of the blue told him you like him. Just sit down with and ask him if he has any feelings for you other than being friends. If he backs away and you don't hear from him he probably is thinking about what you said and what ya'll talked about.

Decide if you can handle just hanging out with him as a friend.
If you can't. Wait for him to call or approach you. If he wants to hang out, ask him if he means as friends or like a date. See what he says and stick to your first decision.
