Just any woman? haha talk to me! I am very open minded.
But seriously a good way to talk to women is on the internet before meeting them. It seems to be very easy for guys to open up in the internet than in real life. There are also many websites to meet people that might have similar fetishes like yourself. Alt.com is a good place to go. I've met a lot of interesting individuals
If you want to bring it up in person, you should slowly bring it to reality. Talk about fantasies or bring up your fetish in a joking way, as if you are just having a laugh and then at the end, ask them if they'd ever do that? keep smiling as you do it, and if they say NO WAY, then you should counterstrike it by saying " hmm haha it seems kinda fun!" etc etc.
Making jokes always do the trick in a tough situation.

well, if it is a sexual fetish you would like to have done to you or do to your partner, it is going to have to come up.......if she id not down maybe you need to move on if this is something you really and truly desire.....
