SPELL TO SPEED UP TIME...
Draw a Pentacle on your left hand using a blessed red pen. Visualize a sand
clock as you draw.
Now Put your left hand on your forehead, or third eye, and say:
SANDS OF TIME SHOW ME THY WAY
TURN THE NIGHTS INTO DAYS
ROSE PETALS SO LIGHT AND GRACE
SPEED UP TIME NOW, IN THIS PLACE
The spell will last for 24 hours or until the pentacle is erased, naturally
or washed, so don't try to get sweaty hands.

TO SPEED DOWN TIME...
Do the same you did in the other one but with a blue pen and in right hand,
also do the visualization but with the sands falling slower, say:
CORE GO ROUND
POWER BE BOUND
INTERUPT THE NATURE'S COURSE
TIME SLOW DOWN
CAST THE SPELL SAIDTH THIS WORDS

but i dont know how to bless the pens and does anyone knows if it works?

This is all useless if someone doesn't know how to manipulate energy and exactly what all of the symbols, gestures and wording mean.

You bless the pen in the same basic way that you purify and bless a circle or you could use the technique that you use to make basic sacred water. It will also depend on the kind of pen that you are using and the reasons for choosing a pen made out of those materials. The pen may not need another blessing if it is purified and dedicated with your other tools. Have you considered what kind of rose petals to use? Dried, fresh, color, from a particular plant? And the reasons why you are using those particular petals? One should also know why the pentacle is being used and why it is on the left hand. Are you familiar with the third eye and have worked with energy from this area---especially combining it with the symbol of the pentacle? Since you are interrupting nature's course, have you considered all of the consequences?

Yes, it works to bless pens, and yes, I've done time spells (much different than this one) and they can work.
